Team

It started in the operating room.

MicoCalo began with a revision surgeon’s problem: how much bone it costs to take a failed joint replacement out.

Co-founders

The founding team.

Matthew Maale leads the company as CEO. Four co-founders advise it, bringing clinical, scientific and commercialization experience. Members of this team have worked together since 2019 across life-science and medtech projects.
